Ø refueling turning: check the oil cup on the pump and inject oil into the hole, turn the coupling, and the turning should be flexible without abnormalities;
Ø the anchor bolts should not be loose;
Ø lubricating oil has been added to all lubricating parts, and cooling oil has been added to the parts that need cooling;
Ø the rotation direction of the motor should be consistent with the rotation direction of the pump: before power on, remove the connecting screw of the coupling plate (coupling), check the rotation direction of the motor after power on, and then connect after the rotation is correct to avoid reverse rotation;
Ø the centrifugal pump must be filled with water before starting, and should not idle. If the center of the water pump is lower than the suction surface, there is no need to fill water, just discharge the air into the pump. If the center of the water pump is higher than the suction surface, open the valve of the suction pipeline and the vent nozzle first, close the valve of the discharge pipeline, and then open the valve of the outlet pipeline after the vent nozzle has water gushing out and the speed is normal, and adjust the pump to the design working condition.
Ø when the water pump is started with the gate closed, the operation time should generally not exceed 2-3 minutes. If the time is too long, the liquid in the pump will heat up, which can cause accidents, and it should be stopped in time.
Ø there should be no abnormal vibration and sound during operation, no leakage at each precision seal, and the fastening connection parts should not be loose;
Ø the temperature rise of the bearing must comply with the provisions of the equipment manual. The maximum temperature of the sliding bearing shall not exceed 70 ℃, and the maximum temperature of the rolling bearing shall not exceed 75 ℃;
Ø the safety protection box, electric control device, and instruments of each part of the water pump are sensitive, reliable, and accurate;
Ø the continuous test run time of the water pump under the design load shall not be less than 2H;
Ø the temperature rise of shaft seal packing should be normal. Without special requirements, the leakage of ordinary packing should not be greater than 35-60ml/h;
Ø the current and power of the motor shall not exceed the rated value;
Ø first slowly close the valve at the pump outlet, and then close the valves of the auxiliary system after the pump cools down, and then cut off the power supply and stop the pump;
Ø drain the liquid accumulated in the pump to prevent corrosion.
